• A record of when and how you gave permission to receive text messages. For the website form, this includes the date, the time, the exact wording you saw, and the internet address of the device you used. For a phone call, it includes the date, the time and who gave permission.

I collect this information when you fill out my contact form, speak with me by phone, or exchange text messages with me.

I use your information to respond to your inquiry about a property, to call you, to keep records of your permission, to run my business, and to meet legal requirements.
